Taurus is a superior electrical repair agent! I had a panel circuit breaker malfunction which affected about half of my single family dwelling. I put in a service call to Taurus electrical services at approximately 2:00 p.m. and an extremely professional and courteous courteous technician showed up before 4:00 p.m. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my broken panel in an expeditious and professional manner. I highly recommend Taurus electrical services for whatever your problem might be and I'm sure you will be totally satisfied with their expert service. I will not hesitate to contact Taurus electrical services with any future electrical problems I might encounter. Kudos!

I can’t say enough good things about Taurus. They communicated with me right up until the on time arrival of my service person. Nick worked fast and efficiently all day and was super polite and answered all my questions. There were no surprises with the billing. I plan to use them again in the very near future!

We had a problem with the dryers circuit breaker. Steve answered my call and gave me good advice on resetting the circuit breaker, he advised me that the overload may have been a fluke and to let him know if it happened again. Well it happened again after the dryer was replaced, 2 weeks after my initial call to Steve. Called and left a message, Nick was out at 3 pm replaced the breaker. Nick called to make sure the dryer was working ok. Alas we haven't had a load of laundry to run yet. We are impressed with the customer service and professional work.

Steve and Nick were professional, polite, and on time. Nick arrived with a positive personality, enthusiastic about the job that he was working on. Nick completed the task in a short period, and the job was done professionally. I would use Taurus Electrical Service again and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you, guys!

Taurus is a great company to work with. We had a lot of electrical work that needed to be done on a house we had purchased. They treated us with respect throughout the process. Steve gave us an estimated time line and stuck to it. Nick was also always very professional with the work he did, always polite and courteous. Both took time to explain things to us and answer questions as they came up. We do have some more electrical work that will need to be done eventually, and we will definitely be calling Taurus again.

I had power run out to my yard for lighting and a water feature. They did an excellent job. Steve (the owner) is very personable and let me know all aspects of the job he was going to do and priced it very fairly. Thankfully he figured out a way to get the wiring under my sidewalk without cutting the concrete. It took him a while to get the wire under the concrete but I was very happy that he was able to do it. The whole job was done perfectly and the cleanup was impeccable, you would never have known a major job was done that day. I highly recommend them and will use them for all of my electrical needs in the future.

True service company - oriented to customers needs, reasonably priced, professional and prompt. From first contact to receipt of the invoice - the service was exemplary. Nicholas was fast, professional and fun to be around. I am glad to find that such companies still exist. I will be using them again for all my electrical needs and highly recommend them.

Extremely professional and competent electrical experts; Nick quickly troubleshot and repaired all previous faulty wiring. Taurus Electrical will explain everything they’re doing and provide guidance on options and ways forward. Honest hardworking folks that not only provide solutions, but don’t pressure recommendations that aren’t necessary. A “go-to” company from now on!

They were very professional and knowledgeable, arrived exactly when they said they would and finished the job in 15 minutes, even explaining everything they were doing and what had happened. Was an excellent experience and I would absolutely utilize their services again if needed!

Nick and Steve were super friendly and professional. They came an hour earlier than scheduled and right on the dot!! They thoroughly checked out each outlet and took time figuring out what the electrical issue was. They explained to me the issue and repaired them promptly. Our experience with Taurus Electric has been great. They were always on time and communicating was excellent. Taurus is a company that we feel we can trust to get the job done and done right. We are happy with new electrical outlet that was installed in our sunroom and they fixed the connections to our two ceiling fans that had not been working for awhile. Power for our tankless water heater went down. Steve responded quickly and was able send out Nick within 45 minutes. Clear communication about the problem and repair. Always professional and very polite. Taurus is my go to for electrical work. I would definitely use their services again!

I will definitely hire Taurus Electrical again! I also highly recommend them anyone needing electrical services. Steve and Nick are true professionals of their craft which was obvious from start to finish. They were straightforward and precise which left me almost no questions about how they were going to proceed in installing four ceiling fans/lights in my home. The job took a little longer which was not their fault since my attic crawl space was tight, packed with so much insulation, and excruciatingly hot from the July heat. Nick kept working with a smile in his face for another couple hours until the job was complete and that I was satisfied with the work they made. I also very much appreciate the fact that they were always on time, made sure they did not leave any mess, and that they educated me on how my new upgrade works. Steve also uses a very reliable web-based business tool that makes agreement, scheduling, and payment very convenient especially for those who are busy. Thank you, Steve and Nick! I am truly glad that I hired you – cheers!

Outstanding job all around, fixed issues with switch/light fixture that was improperly installed by previous electrician. Work was done quickly, professionally, safely and most important correctly. Also, after he fixed the switch we initially called about he fixed several other small issues around the house. Basically he stayed and fixed stuff for the full hour he was going to be paid even though it was above and beyond the original job! Can’t recommend highly enough, we will definitely use again for any future electric needs.

Right from the outset I knew I was speaking with a professional. Steve the owner was helpful and sent out his Tech Nick who arrived on time. Nick was very courteous and performed the task of capping off the hot tub connection at source in an efficient manner. Taurus will be my electrical company of choice from here on. Nick Harris, from Taurus Electric was courteous, on time, wore COVID-19 PPE went out his way to troubleshoot problem. Nick made all the necessary repairs, clean the area where he worked & made sure all electrical circuits, wiring & connections were completely up to code.

I called a total of 5 electricians. 1 blew me off and didn't even return my call. 1 was too busy and not doing residential. 1 was very nice and sounded too good to be true, and was when he didn't call me back like he said he would. 1 made an appointment to come out and was a no-show. And then there's Taurus Electrical Services. I received a return call promptly. The technician came out the next day and fixed it at a reasonable cost. Done. Thank you Taurus Electrical Services. :-)

I have had a few opportunities to work with them. Very professional, they send email reminders, call to tell me they are on the way, and actually listen to the concerns and give 💯 to fix it the first time! Super impressed and very happy to have found such a great company

Taurus Electrical Services came through for us when we had an issue with our coach lights not turning on. He was prompt and came out right away. Found the problem quickly and was fair in price. We will definitely be using then again for any and all of our electrical needs. Highly recommend.

Great service. Showed up exactly on time (first for any technician in my life), and was done in the expected amount of time. Very professional service and quality job. They worked with me to create changes to my garage and were able to achieve what I wanted safely and correctly. Definitely recommend and will be using them for additional projects in the future.

We had a positive experience with Steve and his apprentice, I am sorry I forgot his name. Steve had the apprentice take the lead on this job, and he watched how he performed the job. And asked him appropriate questions as he was going along. And Steve then finished up the job. My husband did comment to me that he preferred that Steve the professional, did the entire job. He also felt that the job took longer because of the apprentice doing this job instead. We enjoyed dealing with Steve, he was easy to talk to and professional. And I will be contacting him again when I receive the generator.

Appointment time 1:30- arrival 1:25 pm NOT a phone call twenty minutes after scheduled time saying he was on his way. Appreciate the the fact he was on time. Quality workmanship- knowledgeable and personable. Steve took the time to explain what he was doing in layman terms, so I could understand. There was an issue with my generator- not his work- and he came back multiple times to troubleshoot the generator issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be using Steve anytime I need electrical work done.

We chose to employ Steve for upgrading our internal fuse panel in our garage after getting a free estimate from him. For the basics he was on time, he was friendly, reasonably priced compared to some of the other quotes we got and he got the overall job done in about 4 hours. Then he fixed a few minor things for free, which was great.

On time, professional licensed electrician, a money statement quote that is realistic and stayed true until the end of the job, friendly, no messes left behind, and an easy payment system online. The Electrician assesses and stays on sight for crew work. Will definitely use this company again!
